The two most important parts of a Frisbees flight are its angular momentum and its gyroscopic precision.

The angular momentum of the frisbee is calculated by:   H = I*ω  were H is the angular momentum.

The gyroscopic precision of the frisbee is effected by two main factors. the first factor is how the frisbee is thrown, and the second is the aerodynamic forces on the frisbee. the aerodynamic forces are the moment of the roll, the moment of spin, and the moment of the pitch.
