The Physics of Hockey

Welcome to my website on the physics of ice hockey.  I will be covering various aspects of the game and how they relate to the laws of physics.  The game has advanced a great deal over the years mostly due to the technology and research that has gone into improving the gear that these players wear.  Players are skating faster, hitting harder, and shooting with more velocity than they did in past years.  The links on the right will go into detail on each topic and how physics applies to it.
