Apparatus
Background
The rotating tank construction is based on MIT's experiment: Weather in a tank. The apparatus is assembled with a sense of accessibility and portability. The motor mounts, turntables, and the tank remain accessible for maintenance and further improvements. The entire apparatus sits on a movable cart.
