BREAK DANCING

Break dancers do some insane things. the throw their bodies backwards, forwards, balance on one hand, and spin on their heads.
This is how:

-Break dancers work on grounds that have the least friction possible. Floors such as smooth wood and tile allow for their clothes to create
a surface with least friction. If a break dancer tried to perform moves on rubber ground, or gravel,  it would be
more difficult because of the increase of their friction on the surface.

Break dancers also, like ballerinas, focus on center of gravity. By finding their center of gravity is specific positions, it allows them
to rest in "unreal" poses, such as the air chair.

The Windmill

Windmills depend heavily on the idea of Newton's first law. Newton's first law states that an object in motion will stay in motion,
unless acted upon by an outside force. People who are moving in the windmill position will continue to move as long as friction and
other forces are reduced. Of course the force of gravity is a break dancer's worst enemy because it is something that can not be
reduced or avoided.  The break dancer is also  swinging his legs and feet in order to spin. As long as the dancer continues to do so,
he will stay in motion.

we see that the break dancer also has his legs in a circular form. This acts as a radius. Their feet point in the direction tangent
to the circle they are making as well.
