For Brewing:
The temperature of the water should
be between 195 and 200 ºF.
- For the brewing method use 2 tbsp of your favorite coffee
(ground) for every 6 oz. of water for the best cup.
For French Press:
The temerature of the water should be
between 195 and 205 ºF.
- For the French Press Method again use 2 tbsp of ground coffee for
every 6 oz. of water.
For
Espresso:
The tempurature should again be
between 195 and 200ºF.
- For Espresso's 14 to 17 grams of coffee is used. It is then
subjected to 9 amtospheres of pressure for 22 to 28 seconds.
