"Water
pressure
is
one of the
most
important factors which influences in
the final quality of espresso coffee"
(Andueza, et al)
There are two major kinds
of coffee that
are produced in the world. Coffea arabica
and Coffea
robustas.
- Coffea Arabica:
grows best in altitudes from 1500 to 1600 feet, and in environments
that are like the subtropic regions. While this coffee is the most
popular coffee bean, it is very difficult to grow. It also has a
tastier bean.
- Coffea Robustas:
grows best in altitudes from sea level to 3200 feet, and does good in
areas with higher temperatures and higher humidity levels. Of the two
C.Robustas is the least popular, but is must less picky to grow. While
this bean is less tasty than the C. Arabica, its bean has higher
caffeine quantities.
