• Solscape - Probably the coolest shareware in the entire world, its no longer supported, but you can still download it. This is the direct download link. Solscape is an image grabber, pulling EIT images of the sun, live aurora images, weather satellite images, an more direct from government and Geophysical Institute servers.

• Son of Weather Grok - This program downloads current conditions data from any NOAA weather station on the planet. Forecasts are also available for some stations.

• Cram Session - Customizable flash card program

• Apple.com/switch - Like you needed another reason to switch...but there are some good FAQ's et al on here about switching to a superior machine. It's the best advice I can offer.
