There are few things that are more well known than Lightsabers.  They single handly caused several generations of children, teens and young adults to put down video game controllers and primally run through the woods beating eachother with sticks.

Lightsabers, in all truth, need no explenation or discription.  If anyone has reached the age were they have the ability to read this text but can not replicate the snap-hiss or ominous humming of a Lightsaber they have no business being out from under their rock.

A Lightsaber's trademarks are the things which cause some of the greatest debates and confusion among fans and critics alike.
