If you start with one of these at a time then it will be easier and you will eventually become better.

Sight
- You have to make sure that you have good vision. Also you have to make sure that you do not have any problems seeing far and close.

Balance
- This is a very important part when it comes to basketball. You have to make sure that you are balanced when shooting the ball to give yourself the best possible chance to make the shot. This also helps when trying to play defense and when dribbling the basketball. Everything you do in basketball you have to balanced in order to do it correctly and the most efficiently.

Hand-position, Elbow-in alignment
- This is what you need to make sure that you do right everytime you shoot a basketball in order to shoot the same way everytime. The correct hand postion is to make sure that you have your shooting hand underneath the ball and the other hand on the side supporting the ball. You have to try and keep your hand at a 90 degree angle and then bring it straight up as you release the ball for the best quality shot.

Shooting rhythm and follow-through
-Shooting rhythm is when you are shooting a basketball and it keeps going in the basket. Once you start making the ball time after time again you get into a shooting rhythm and you make everything. This is a great thing to experience and always nice when you are playing against other people. The follow-through is after you shoot your shot to keep your hand in the air to make sure that you did not shoot different than the last time.
