General Mechanics
Part 4: The Zipline and No Power
In Update 4, it added a new mechanic and tool called the Zipline, described as "an early-game hand piece of equipment that can be used for navigating along Power Lines" which by simple experimentation can be shown to do so even without power.
The conservation of energy is being violated with this tool! I'm able to go up and gain gravitational potential energy and maintain a certain velocity as I climb, meaning that I'm getting energy for free.
First idea is that the power lines are providing that power, but the issue is, as stated above, it can be shown that it doesn't need power to achieve this effect!
Though this is a bit absurd, I'm going to show you the math anyways.
From before, we know that the gravitational acceleration on this planet is g = 11.59m/s². Unfortunately, there is no good way of measuring mass in Satisfactory.
Using the equation for gravitational potential energy, U = m*g*Δy:
[Power is on the vertical axis, Height on the horizontal axis]
As you can see from the graphic, the amount of power seems to be approaching a value, but it can't be determined if this is logarithmic (doesn't converge) or an inverse exponential (does converge).
Note: for mass in this graph I used a unit mass of 1kg to simplify the equation, but technically the vertical units are Watts/Kilogram.
A main part of Satisfactory is making large factories for generating power for the rest of your factories, but with this simple trick there is a way to violate the conservation of energy which completely could be exploited to create infinite power for your gaming pleasure.
