Exhaust Port

The exhaust port is responsible for the expulsion of air once circulated with dirt. This air is pushed out of the vacuum in order to keep the machine clean and functioning.

The Physics of It

The air must be expelled from the system in order to keep a vacuum present. If the space inside the cleaner were to be filled with air, then a vacuum would cease to exist inside and no cleaning would be possible.
