​The Physics Behind The Shot 

There are several factors at play when it comes to shooting a hockey puck.  Factors include balance point, blade tilt, flex point, stiffness of the stick, and of course the force with which a puck is slammed.  

This website will combine the use of physics with the sport of hockey to break down the science which enables a puck to fly with such velocity.
