              simply be calculated with the equation; Work= Force *
              Distance. Let us consider the case of the power clean and
              calculate the amount of work generated during this
              exercise. If we have an individual who lifts 70 kilograms
              in a distance of 1.2m the amount of work =
              (70kg*9.81m/s^2)*1.2m, solving for work we get 824 Joules.

              the example from above and given it takes 0.57 to perform
