Rules of Soccer
The field has to be between 90 to 120 meters long and 45 to 90 meters
wide. The field has to be a rectangle though so it can't be 90 by 90. Then we have the soccer ball that has to have a circumference of 70 centimeters, and weight of 450 grams.
The number of players on a field for one team is 11. ten on field and the goal keeper.
Every player has to wear soccer cleats, shin pads, and socks covering them, a jersey, and shorts.
There is one referee in the middle and two line refs for every game.
There is two 45 minute halves with a 15 min break between each half.
Reasons that the game would get stopped. There is 8 reasons and they are goal kick, corner kick, kick-off, throw-in, indirect free kick, direct free kick, penalty kick, and a drop ball.
If the ball passes over the boundary lines around the field then it is out of bounds and play stops until ball is back into play.
Now the main object of this game is scoring and that is when get the ball all the way across the goal line.
There is also offsides and that is when the offensive player receives a pass from a teamate and the offensive player that receives the pass is behind the last defender on the other team.
Then there is fouls which can cause a player to get a yellow or red card. A yellow card is a warning and a red card you get thrown out of the game.
