Why
Physics??
David Newman's career in
physics began early on in his life. Between
the ages of 4 and 6, Professor Newman began to cultivate and extreme
interest in the world around him and desired to understand how it
worked. His curiosity led him originally to want to be an astronomer.
After receiving a telescope and
sitting outside during the cold nights
staring at stars, Professor Newman decided astronomy wasn't for him and
eventually grew into the field of physics.
