Some levels of shooting use paper targets with ten scoring bulls per target, higher levels of shooting, or fancier shooting ranges have electronic targets. These score based on four microphones or vibration sensors in the four corners, which triangulate the projectile’s point of impact based on sound waves or vibrations and the amount of time it takes to reach the sensor.
