The Observer Effect hints at properties that could change everything we know about the laws of physics. A better understanding of it could bring endless possibillities. Maybe something much more important is going on when we observe reality, something about observation that changes things. The fact that particles "know" when they're being observed seems almost like magic. Perhaps there is some divine intellegence that knows when we're watching or something much more complex. There may be a scientific answer for all of these possibillities. In anycase this could be a very important part of our understanding of the universe and the reality we live in.
