After Tesla's in 1943, the FBI recovered his papers fearing that maybe they would fall into the wrong hands and to this day some of those papers still remain missing. His inventions and ideas are still being explored, as some of them are only coming into practicality now, 60 years after his death and over a hundred since some of them were proposed. He was truely a man out of time.
