How is basketball related to
physics?
- Physics is all around us and it
plays a huge role in the game of basketball!
- Have you ever thought about what
goes into shooting a basketball?...height,
velocity, projectile motion, forces! Everything is
taken into account when shooting a basketball.
- Then there's driving and resisting
forces between players when they make contact as
well, players speeding up and slowing down,
stopping on a dime and flying down the court!
- All of these things involve
