Caffeine is a naturally occurring chemical found over 60 different plants. Caffeine (C8H10N4O2) effects your body in many ways such as stimulating your central nervous system making you feel more awake and it is a diuretic which makes you urinate more so you get rid of salt and toxins but it also dehydrates you.
