About me
My name is Jan Cech. I am 23
years old, I was born in Czech republic, where I lived
until I was 20 years old. I went to elementary and middle
school focused on sport education, then after 9th grade I
went to High school focused on science (math, physics) and
sport and medicine. I am licensed coach of C category with
concentration in skiing and running. My experiences
include 4 years of coaching and 13 years of competing on
national and international level. I am also member of the
UAF cross country team and ski team, respectively. In my
articles, I did not only use outside references but also
my own experiences.
