Greens Family
Green had seven children with Jane Smith. For reasons unkown they never married, but for all intents and purposes they were. After Greens death Jane was refered to as Mrs. Green by Greens freinds and many of Greens children took up his surname. This arrangment is unusuall in christan england of the 1800s to say the least, but who are we to judge.
