What would happen when Shakespeare does his work?

Shakespeare sat down and did his work. He put the ink on the pen by using surface tension of water and made part of the paper become able to reflect less light.
However, he didn't like the story he just wrote. He added two forces direct opposite each other at almost same place but not exactly to split the paper into pieces.

It is just like scissors! If these two forces are applied at the exactly same place, it won't be torn. But because the place is slightly different, these forces can cut the paper. Shakespeare knew why the scissors work is mainly not because they are sharp, but because of that, and therefore he decided to cut the paper by hands. Good thinking!
