The purpose
of this website and physics project is to
discuss precession and how it relates to physics and the
motion of rotating
bodies. Prime examples of this are gyroscopes, helicopters,
and everybody's
favorite physics example bicycle tires. Commonly used
physics jargon will be
used throughout this website terms like momentum, force,
right hand rule, and Sir
Isaac Newton, so the reader may need to brush up on their
physics terminology and
the physics of rotation and rotational bodies. There are
three main forms of precession
Gyroscopic, Classical, and Relativistic.
