How Does Lightning Cause
Damage?
- Lightning doesn't have to
directly hit an object to cause damage.

- The discharge of electrons can
spread to nearby structures through power lines,
plumbing, or approximation. Anything with a
decent level of conductivity can carry this
excess charge to a nearby structure.

- This can cause issues in
electrical devices, ignite fires, or in some
cases, kill.
