Introduction
In any house or apartment there is likely to be a various
appliances that you may have in your living place. Some of
which may seem more complicated than others. For example,
gas stoves (was the emit flame instead of a flat surface
[induction stove]) may make sense in that they emit flame,
and whatever pot or pan you put over that flame will heat
up. But the reverse of this, cooling something in a
refrigerator, how might that work?
I will explain how preservation of food has been handled before the advent of the refrigerator, and how the refrigerator basic design works, as well as how this design is changed or modified for efficiency. | |
