Previous
versions of this story focus
on a bear mothers ability to
feel emotion for their
children.
Undoubtedly this is the
case. But what exactly are
these emotions? Bears raise
their young,
but often accidentally lose
or eat them. These are not
typically the habits of
loving parents.
My
theory is this: Every action
which a bear takes is
motivated by hatred.
-A father bear which eats
its young is motivated by
the strength of its pure,
unadulterated hatred
for all
living things.
-A mother bear which then
attacks the father bear
hates the father bear, for
killing its young which
it would
have otherwise taught to
hate everything, including
themselves, in order to
increase
the
number of bears in the world
to enact its hate-based
agenda.
Interestingly,
this reveals a difference
between male and female
bears: While male bears are
completely
non-discriminatory in their
acts of savage, mindless
hatred, female bears are
willing to manipulate other
bears in order to more
efficiently enact pain and
misery on all living things.
It makes sense that bears
evolved this way, as
otherwise it would be
impossible for them to ever
raise, or even give birth to
young without killing them.
Of
course, this raises its own
issues: If bears hate
everything, including
themselves and all other
bears, why have they not
simply driven themselves to
extinction in a brutal
frenzy? The answer is this:
Although bears, beings
savage and dim creatures,
possess limited
intelligence, they are
capable of registering a
sense of self, and are
naturally repulsed by their
hideous and violent nature.
However, rather than act in
a completely self
destructive nature bears
choose self preservation as
a means of torturing
themselves, their own
extreme self-loathing being
a more effective and extreme
torture than death ever
could be, while doubly
enabling themselves to enact
acts of hatred in a
fruitless attempt to satiate
their endless lust for
violence.
To
prove that this analysis is
correct, we go back to the
original story, and can see
that the actions of the bear
perfectly fit the motives of
a creature motivated by
hatred, as I have described.
-The mother bear attacks the
cabin, motivated by its
hatred of love and family,
bringing its cubs as
minions,
and to put them in harms
way.
-When the mother sees that
it cannot safely enter the
house, because one of its
cubs has been shot, its
unsatisfied rage drives it
into a petty tantrum,
destroying anything it can
outside the cabin to
indirectly harm the family,
and making loud noises to
frighten them.
-Then, when it sees it has
done all it can do, possibly
spurred on by the onset of
dawn which would
endanger
it, it leaves, taking only
its living cubs, because
only they can be raised to
terrorize all living
things,
and the dead cub no longer
has any value. Except, of
course, that the family will
now need to
clear it
off their property, or, if
they are too lazy, the
corpse will rot and be
generally unpleasant.
Hopefully
this has convinced you that
bears are totally loathsome
and hideous creatures,
possibly even the very
physical embodiment of evil.
An understanding of this
fact is necessary for most
people to believe what I am
about to tell you next.
