    So far the language libraries used to communicate with quantum computers include:

What does the computer do?

The computer searches all possible outcomes to a problem for the solutions which require the lowest amount of energy. The computer doesn't return just one answer, it returns many answers to the user in a short period of time. This is useful for problems where you need to optimize something like: a network of pipes, or towers,  to get the most efficient solution.
