What continued
- After the binaural beat is made
it initiates neuron activity.
- Neurotransmitters are produced
to spread the binaural frequency to other parts
of the brain.
- This causes the brainwave
activity to match the binaural beat that has
been created. So the binaural beat increases the
brain waves of that frequency.
- So depending on which of the
four brain waves the person is trying to
activate they can choose two frequencies that
will be integrated to make that binaural beat.
- The four brain waves:
- Delta(1-3Hz)-associated with
sleep/dreams
- theta(4-7hz)
- alpha(8-13Hz)
- Beta(13-26Hz)
