What continued

  • After the binaural beat is made it initiates neuron activity.

  • Neurotransmitters are produced to spread the binaural frequency to other parts of the brain.

  • This causes the brainwave activity to match the binaural beat that has been created. So the binaural beat increases the brain waves of that frequency.

  • So depending on which of the four brain waves the person is trying to activate they can choose two frequencies that will be integrated to make that binaural beat.
  • The four brain waves:
  • Delta(1-3Hz)-associated with sleep/dreams
  • theta(4-7hz)
  • alpha(8-13Hz)
  • Beta(13-26Hz)
