Conclusion
Over the course of
this project, we have figured out how sound
propagates and the clarinet is able to produce
sound. Furthermore, we have briefly examined how
changing the length of the pipe can affect the pitch
of the clarinet. While at
first, it may not have seemed like there could be a
lot of interesting science in the design of
clarinets, I hope this project proved that notion
wrong.
