INTERNATIONAL DINERS
The next International Diner's gathering, a traditional Independence Day barbecue,
will take place at the home of Barbara Braley at 1301 Maya Lane on July 3rd
at 5pm (so you won't miss out on any community activities on the 4th). The
Braley's will provide bratwurst (possibly salmon), beverages and will have
2 grills going if you have something to bring. Otherwise, it's a potluck. Salads,
desserts or appetizers would be great. If you're coming, please call Barbara
at 457-8957 or email bbraley@gci.net.
FROM RITA OSBORNE:
A board meeting is tentatively scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd week in June. Rita
will get in touch with board members to find what fits their schedule. Some
agenda items will be: recruiting board members, 2005 holiday bazaar, and
a membership recruiting effort for the fall.
A big thanks for all the wonderful volunteers for the recycle sale. More information,
including how much we made, later.
