One hotel near the University has a block of rooms reserved for this meeting. It is are the Aspen Hotel - Fairbanks. There are 70 rooms reserved at the Aspen Hotel. These rooms will be held until April 1st at which time the rooms will be released (and will probably go fast as the tourist season is just starting in mid to late May).

Shuttle service will be provided from this hotel to the conference site on the University Campus in the morning and the evening as well as at a few arranged times during the day.
Additionally there are a few nice bed and breakfast inns near the University. Two of these are the Seven Gables Inn (907- 479-0751)and the Cloudberry Lookout Bed and Breakfast (907-479-7334). (rooms have not been reserved at these locations so if you are interested please contact them soon).
