Lodging is a very hot commodity during the Fairbanks summer, so please book your room early! We have reserved a small block of rooms at the Comfort Inn Fairbanks near the UAF campus, or other options are listed below.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM; CHECK-OUT: 1:00 PM
BLOCK GUARANTEE: The cut-off date for hotel reservations is June 20, 2008. All unreserved rooms will be released after this date. Hotel reservations made after this date will not be part of the CCSS block, and may be charged a higher rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hours notice is required; penalty for no-shows is one night’s room plus tax. All rooms must be guaranteed by valid credit card or one night’s room deposit. Guests are responsible for all room fees, incidentals and restaurant fees they incur (unless otherwise indicated at the time of the reservation).
