The pump driven espresso machine was created
after the piston-driven espresso machine.
This is the type many commercial espresso bars and shops use. A motorized pump pumps the water directly from
the in-place plumbing and exerts the necessary force to brew espresso. There are home espresso machines that have
a single chamber that heats the water for steaming milk and brewing the
espresso. |
