Hello, World!

Computers have come along way since the days of room-sized computers that used vacuum tubes and punch cards. While we are surrended by computers these days, from our smart phones, to our gaming consoles, to kitchen appliances, we rarely tend to look at all the physics that are happening inside all of these computers. In the following pages of this website, we will examine various aspects of todays personal computers, and discover all the various physics happening inside of them. From how we input data into a computer, to how it displays it back to use. There is a world of physics happening inside the machine you use to play World of Warcraft. We will examine the physics involved in input devices, output devices, storage mediums, and how the CPUs, or brains, of the computer involve physics.
