- There is a lot of hidden Physics in the
brewing of fresh
coffee...
- Did you know that the italians only
qualify "espresso" if the coffee is brewed with a water pressure of at
least 6 bars?
- Since the Moka Pot works with a pressure
of only 1.5 bars, the coffee you get is not the "real espresso", it is
only "Moka"...;-D
