| Pauline Einstein was born 1858 in Cannstatt and was the daughter of Julus Koch. Pauline married Hermann Einstein on August 8, 1876. Pauline was 21 years old when Albert Einstein was born. She was musically trained and undoubtedly influenced her son's interest in music. Pauline Einstein died at her son's residence in Berlin in March of 1920 (Kantha 55,56). |
