Power Turbines

These are straight forward turbines. The gas that powers these is generated from an outside source

(the picture shows one row of turbine blades, actual power turbines have many more)

Steam is the most common form of gas that drives power turbines. The steam can be made from any
fuel; such as coal, natural gas, petrolium products, or nuclear power.

In fact all nuclear power plants use turbines conected to generators to make electricity.

Nuclear ships use steam or high tempature water to drive turbines that drive the props and to generate
electricity, or just to generate electrical power and then use electric motors to drive the props.
