Calf raises
There are many different ways to complete this workout you can use yor body weight, you can use weights, or you can use your bodyweight and additional weight. To do this workout with just your body weight, you simply stand with your heels hovering over the ground; go up on your tippy toes, then go back to a hover and then reapeat. This makes your calves support much more of your body weight then they would regularly creating good muscle growth.If this is to easy you can put on ankle weights or just grab a couple of dumbbells while doing this work out.If you want to just use weights, there are machines made that rest a variable amount of force on your knees, and then you go up on to your tippy toes to lift that weight and complete the work out. In this work out torque is again evident, except this time the radius of your torque can be attributed to the length of your feet and the angle would be the angle of yoru foot.
