Equilibrium

Equilibrium, considered to be the state at which a motorcycle is in balance. "The point  where the forces are acting on the center of mass, The picture shows the normalized lateral forces necessary to assure the motorcycle’s equilibrium is equal to the tangent of the roll angle." (v.Cossalter).  This tells us that in order for the a motorcycle to maneuver a corner uninterrupted the forces between the bike frame and the tire making contact with the road must be in balance.
