Liquid Versus Solid Propelled Rockets

There are many advantages and disadvantages for each type of rocket. The solid propelled rockets have three main advantages, with two main disavantages. The advantages of solid propelled rockets are; the simplicity, the low cost (compared to liquid propelled rockets), and the safety. The liquid propelled rockets produce more thrust than a solid propelled rocket does. In Producing the added thrust the liquid propelled rockets becomes immensly complicated, thus making room for more accidents, and raising the cost. The disadvantages to the solid propelled rockets are; the thrust can't be controlled and you can't stop it once it has been ignited. With a liquid propelled rocket you can control the thrust and it can be stopped if necessary. Both types of rockets are still widely used today, and both are used at the same time launching space-craft into space.
