The University of Alaska Fairbanks chapter of the Society of Physics Students had the incredible opportunity to attend PhysCon this past weekend. This conference, that only occurs every four years, is the largest gathering of physics undergraduates in the world. Physics students, alumni, and faculty members met for three days to participate in interactive professional development workshops and networking, listen to renowned plenary speakers, and had the chance to tour major scientific facilities. SPS members will be presenting a report on their experience of PhysCon at Journal Club this Friday.
