Universal Conscience
There is a radio show called "Coast to Coast A.M." that presents non-scientific opinions as facts on a daily basis. One of the hosts - George Noory - often talks about the "universal conscience," and about how people can affect world events using a technique called "remote viewing." Aparently, the universal conscience can respond to peoples' thoughts, and can affect other people in the world depending on the content of these thoughts.
